The journey from there to here

I'm going to start my oldest two girls on blogging here in the next week.

Now, they already know and understand that I will be looking over their shoulder. If they publish it, I will be checking it. I'm not too worried about them, although I may have them create custom audiences to start out.

Realizing in advance that JU has no way to authenticate ages or to heavily police the blogs, would it be possible to create a separate forum where kids like mine could post their articles and make it easy for other kids to find? I thought it was worth mentioning, since Draginol already has a young blogger in the fold, and a few more of us have older kids who might participate.

I'll encourage y'all to look for my kids' contributions (again, they may be restricted to begin with) and comment. I'll do the same if your kids jump in (and seriously...if you guys have the time, the forum thing would be uber cool!

Oh...I'll keep my eyes open...and I'll even behave myself as well.

I would be very interested in a kid-safe forum. I have a 13 year old daughter who would most likely particiapte.

(Just saying...ya know, like adding my name to the wish-list)

I'll keep an eye open, but kids?  I have 3 over 18.  I dont guess they qualify any longer.
